VERY HAPPY AND PROUD RESIDENT FOR 16 yrs
LIVING IN COLUMBIA WOODS TOWNHOUSES. HAS BROUGHT ME GREAT COMFORT. I FEEL SO SAFE LIVING HERE. .MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE STAGE ... IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE, EVEN AFTER THEIR WORKING DAYS END. AND HAVING SECURITY WATCHING OVER OUR UNITS AND PARKING LOTS BRINGS BRINGS A SENSE OF AFTER HOURS COMFORT. I HAVE NEEDED EXTRA HELP WITH MY LEASING CONTRACT AND STAFF TOOK EXTRA TIME, WALKING ME THROUGH THE TASK AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING. I've been living at Columbiawoods for 5 months and I must say I'm still impressed. This community is kept immaculate ... and the Maintnence Bobby and Jerome work so hard. I appreciate their hard work and how fast they answer any issues the few times I had to put in a ticket. The office is always so welcoming and attentive to the residents.
